For verified cases, you do not need to return the damaged item to our warehouse.

If external factors (such as customs delays or carrier route issues) cause delivery times to exceed our standard timeframe, we will prioritize your inquiry. Once the carrier officially confirms the package is lost or permanently delayed, flexiplanterrise will immediately issue a full refund or send a brand new replacement free of charge.
